Slovakia U23's shooting spree against Great Britain

The hungry Slovaks were far from satisfied with their afternoon victory over Switzerland. They unleashed a dominant performance against Great Britain, taking the lead in the very first minute. Andrej Straka had a strong start, scoring the opening goal and adding two more before the end of the first period. He completed a hat-trick in just the opening period. Čirč, Lopušan, and Štefanka also contributed to the statistics. The score of 6-0 after a mere fifteen minutes speaks for itself. The pressure continued even after the intermission, as the exposed British defense was punished by Gajdoš. Additionally, Richard Čirč added another goal just half a minute later. In a span of twenty seconds, Longauer and Pisarovič connected for a pair of goals, rounding off the score to a double-digit figure. It seemed like Slovakia's goal spree might come to a halt with goals from Tomkovič and Polák, especially after Lopušan received a five-minute penalty towards the end of the game. However, Pisarovič managed to outwit the British defense even during the penalty kill and completed his hat-trick to score a fourth goal just before the final whistle. Slovakia emerged victorious with a score of 15-0.
