COACHES´ REACTIONS
William Brasko (USA): "We needed this victory to advance to the medal rounds. Before this match, we only had one point and had to swallow some tough losses, even though the guys gave it their all. It feels great to make up for it with a win today. We told the team that this was just the first step out of three. We're already looking forward to the playoffs."
Tobias Strahm (SUI): "In this game, we accumulated too many penalty minutes, which brought us down. It was by far our best game, but we still have the same problem with frequent penalties, and we struggled to score goals. Without scoring, you can't win a game. We had a great goalkeeper and, above all, an excellent team spirit. We never stopped fighting, which I really like about this team. I love working with these players, and it's a big disappointment that we didn't make it to the semifinals because such a performace deserved a better outcome."
